Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, the Malaysia chapter of Tzu Chi International Medical Association ( #TIMA) celebrates its #20th #anniversary virtually. More than 300 participants from Malaysia, Taiwan and other regions adapt to the new norm by gathering on the cloud.
