During the annual relief distribution, Tzu Chi care recipients will be invited to gather together to celebrate the festive season. However, after the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic at the end of 2019, mass gatherings have to be avoided and all physical activities are forced to be suspended. The relief distribution can only be sent to their homes by mail instead. After two years, Tzu Chi volunteers in Penang North District once again gathered in Jing Si Hall to pack festive bags for the year end distribution to spread love.
