Since 1999, physicians from TIMA (Tzu Chi International Medical Association) and Tzu Chi volunteers from Kedah, Malaysia would conduct free medical consultations for the poor villagers in Pedu semi-annually. However, the service has to be postponed due to the pandemic. Since the condition is improving, Tzu Chi’s love recommences. The local volunteers led the path to ease the visiting process.
