On Wednesday, Penang Tzu Chi Dialysis Centre welcomed its distinguished guests. Commissioner Police, Dato’ Mohd Shuhaily Bin Mohd Zain, who took office in July last year, brought along his team of senior police officers to visit and further understand Tzu Chi Dialysis Centre’s operation. Moreover, he met with Tzu Chi Malaysia’s director team and their mutual discussions concluded with positive outcomes.
