In 2015, after an earthquake in Nepal, Tzu Chi’s disaster relief team rushed to the rescue and held a Buddha Bathing Ceremony for the first time during the emergency relief period. This year, Tzu Chi Malaysia’s team went to the Buddha’s birthplace, Lumbini Garden, to conduct a solemn Buddha Bathing Ceremony.
