When Tzu Chi volunteers were about to repair Radheshyam’s dilapidated house, they discovered his sister living next door as both their houses were adjoined. Volunteers then went in to investigate and found that the house too had the same rain leakage and other problems. After discussion, Tzu Chi volunteers decided to rebuild both houses so that they could have a safe living environment.
