The teachers and students of Tzu Chi Daycare Center in Teluk Bahang, Penang organized a Chinese New Year tea Party to celebrate the festival with Tzu Chi volunteers and guests. The decorations at the ceremony were handmade by the teachers and students who had learned to do so online, reflecting their heartfelt gratitude towards Tzu Chi for their long-term companionship.
