Tzu Chi cooperated with the Nepal Health, Environment and Climate Action Foundation (HECAF) to distribute blankets in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal, to warm the body and minds of the disadvantaged in Nepal with environmentally friendly recycled blankets woven with love.
