Tulsi, a Tzu Chi volunteer from Nepal, participated in Buddha Bathing ceremonies when he was working in Malaysia many years ago. Now for this thousand-people Buddha Bathing Ceremony in Lumbini, Tulsi had invited relatives and friends from his hometown to come to support; he even took advantage of his free time in between material distributions, to invite Temple Masters to come to participate in this joyous occasion.
