How could Bindevashini Pasi survive facing an alcoholic husband with meager income? Their children struggled to have proper meals and attend school. During the rainy season, the roof was leaking, and the walls had collapsed. With the help of Tzu Chi volunteers through the Betterment Project, Bindevashini and her family, totaling six members, now have a safe and sheltered home. Gradually, they overcame various difficulties, including financial struggles and housing problems. The dedication and hard work of the volunteers gave this family hope and a fresh start.
