Eleven teachers from both overseas and local Tzu Chi Teachers' Association collaborated to plan a two-day English teacher training program. This program welcomed twenty-two teachers with the aim to enhance teaching skills, make classes more lively and interesting, increase students' interest in learning, and ultimately reduce the dropout rate.
