Ahead of the Lunar New Year, Tzu Chi volunteers and nurses from Kedah's Tzu Chi Dialysis Center clean, repair, and decorate the home of 85-year-old Uncle Lee, a dialysis patient living alone, bringing him warmth and festive cheer.
