Volunteers’ continuous efforts for Kedah’s flood relief

Several low-lying areas in Alor Setar, Kedah were hit by the floods twice a day due to the raining season and rising tide. Local residents were touched by Tzu Chi volunteers who stayed by their side in the affected areas every day.
