Kelantan Flood disaster Worsens; 120,000 people affected in West Malaysia

Due to the continuous heavy downpour many areas in Malaysia were heavily flooded. As the flooding worsens, Tzu Chi Volunteers in Kelantan went to Tumpat for disaster assessment. Many evacuation centres lacked rations and many requested aid from Tzu Chi. Due to the severity of the situation, Tzu Chi Volunteers decided to do both assessment and distribution of the much-needed necessities.
