Although the situation in Kedah had begun to ease, yet some parts of Teluk Wanjah and Kampung Pisang had yet to see their flood waters recede. As such, the situation still severely caused inconveniences to the lives of the locals there. Thus, Tzu Chi Volunteer immediately took action, as they not only provided warm meals for the locals, they also supplied sufficient rations and cleaning tools. They also accompanied the elderlies and ensuring their safety while evacuating victims from affected areas.
