Continuous downpour caused many residentials to be submerged in floods

Continuous rain had caused many areas across Malaysia to be flooded. As the floods continues to worsen, around sixty thousand victims were immediately evacuated. Tzu Chi Volunteers in Kelantan went to these heavily flooded areas, to deliver rations and blankets to the victims. Providing warmth and support in such troubling times.
