Kelantan was severely hit by flooding disasters and victims were evacuated to evacuation centers. Although they had sufficient rations, the freezing weather and lack of blankets caused many victims to shiver from the freezing temperature. Upon receiving this news, Tzu Chi volunteers immediately set out to find blankets to be delivered to evacuation centres, to enable victims to sleep warmly through the nights.
